Delivery

Delivery time within Australia is approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location.
All merchandise are delivered in bubble wrap lined envelopes via regular mail.

Postage & handling

Postage & handling is predominately determined by weight and cost of packaging.

Please note the table below for costs per number of books.

Returning merchandise

For a full refund or replacement please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded up until the 10th of January).
Please assist by indicating the reason for your return or replacement by notifying Dinner Done online or via a note with the returned merchandise.

A full refund or credit will be provided to the value of the item you were charged for within 6 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is as a result of our error. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We currently only accept payment via PayPal. No information regarding credit card details is transmitted to Dinner Done.
